This place has a great happy hour. That being said, I've only been here for happy hour and not for regular dinner or lunch. Again, only happy hour.
They can get super busy for happy hour times and it might be hard to find a table since it gets crowded and people just sit for hours on end. Majority of the time, their turnover isn't fast enough because of how many people they are trying to take care of for the bar area during happy hour. They have an outside patio area but it can get cold if the evenings not warm.
Their menu is nice and they have a great selection of food here. I would recommend getting their little fried onion stack! That's the best and make sure to eat it while it's still hot. -

My husband and I tried this place for the first time, and we won't be going back. Before I get into what we didn't like, our waitress Diana, and I think he was a busser, Juan, were awesome. Juan brought us all of our drinks and even re-ordered bar drinks for us, brought us bread, and suggested great food options. Diana was very friendly to us, and also provided good suggestions for us. They were great, and we enjoyed their service, especially Juan's.
The food was alright. We got one of the combos. My husband loved the grilled scampi, and we got carrot cake that was to die for. My sirloin was cooked exactly as I wanted. My husband also had ribs, and said they were not very good. We waited probably 3-5 minutes at the hostess stand before we were even greeted, and we were the only people there. We were not told that there was happy hour only in the bar area when we were seated, or even given an option of where to sit (bar, outside, etc.), so we didn't get to take advantage of happy hour, which was actually the entire reason we went there.
While we were sitting at our table, we could see the hostess (I assume) wrapping silverware, and grabbing the ends of the silverware (tongs of forks and knife blades) with her hands to wrap them... rather than grabbing the handles. This just is NOT sanitary at all, especially after we can see she's playing with her phone. I just don't see how anyone can think that is okay. The women's bathroom had a horrible smell, and one of the sinks was not working (I saw a review from 6 months ago saying the same thing, so I hope this isn't a continuing issue and that the sink just broke again....). There was also a bottle of bleach sitting right in the open on the floor, and I can't imagine that is safe. -

I always come here for dinner. We only get the grilled salmon (add lemon caper sauce) and they up-charge by $5 bucks. So you're almost better off to get the Picatta style that has shrimp for the same price. The ribs are a definitely an order item for my 8yr old and husband. We get the same thing every time-- can't speak for anything else here. The bread is hot and fresh and I love the garlic herb butter. The venue itself smells musty and is dusty in the windows and around the restaurant. I see a lot of negative reviews here but all I can speak for are these two menu items and we love it

Today, I was at one of my favorite places and had a craving for an item that they were out of. As I was leaving, I saw Ten-Twenty Prime across the parking lot. It was new, so I decided to give it a shot.
I Yelped the place, and was less than impressed with the reviews, but I chalked it up to it being so new.
I went in and was kindly greeted by the hostess, who inquired as to where I wanted to the seated, the bar or the dining room. I told her I was there for dinner and she seated me in the dining room. The interior reminded me of a hunting lodge with dark wooden beams across the ceiling. It was quite and pleasant. I was eating early and apart from one other couple, I was the only person in the room.
The waiter introduced himself as Justin, and he provided me with a menu. I looked at it and and although the choices were limited, all of the basics were represented.
I had read on Yelp, that a reviewer had enjoyed Coconut Shrimp as an appetizer, however I could not find it on the menu. I asked Justin if they had stopped offering it and he told me that it was offered as a happy hour special in the bar, but was not on the dining room menu. I asked him if I could order it as an appetizer and he told me that he would work it out. I also ordered the French Onion Soup, and the Steak, Shrimp, and Baby Back Rib Trio.
My only criticism would be that during my wait, The hostess was socializing with other employees who were not busy. Being a retired Chef, I i'm a firm believer that "If you have time to lean, You have time to clean" so whoever is responsible for the front of the house, needs to keep an eye on that. Although entertaining, probably not a good idea.
The soup and the shrimp came first. The shrimp was hand breaded with Coconut and Panko and cooked perfectly. It comes with a side of sweet and sour sauce that matches well with the shrimp. The soup was topped with Swiss cheese instead of Gruyere, but was otherwise savory and obviously hand crafted. When my entree arrived the plating was arraigned well. More Shrimp! 6, 21-25 skewered shrimp, grilled perfectly that came with a side of scampi butter for dipping. Next was a mid rare petite filet that was mouth wateringly delicious. and finally the ribs. Oh boy the ribs, 1/2 rack of Baby Backs that were.... well, definitely in the top five of the best pork ribs I have ever eaten. They were fall off the bone, and glazed with a fantastic BBQ Sauce.
So 5 stars for Ten Twenty Prime. My next trip there will include a full rack of those fabulous ribs.................

Sad excuse of a steakhouse. Service is terrible and the food is worse. The owner or manager is always drunk. Will not be coming back. Note to owner get better or hire someone to help make it better or eventually close.
